Have you ever felt like you didn’t perform to the best of your ability?
I am talking about academic performance. Let us take a look at some situations as examples.
Your sitting in class (can be elementary through college) and the teacher is going around the room calling on students randomly or going down each aisle and you may be the next to be called on to answer a question or read part of a section in a book. Maybe you start fidgeting, you begin ruminating, maybe biting your nails.
You then start to read the material to ensure you are following along and know the answer if you are called on because you fear looking “stupid”.
