Thinkpad X240 or Thinkpad T440s? Which to Buy. Need help ASAP.

ImageVery Confused on the New X240 I just bought but havent recived and the new Thinkpad T440 comes out today, what to do? 

Specifications on My Lenovo ThinkPad X240 an along awaited Haslow processor from lenovo. So i ordered it. These are the specs:

I was kind of happy with it but not so much with the fact that the RAM couldn’t be adivsed as much and also because on the X240 the disply was not same. Look at the Specss for the XT440 which i configered and obtained at my stock holder price.

My Concern is not the cost, but more or less the power and weight and  screen capacity. Do i want something with TRU HD Screen at 1040 and is touch or somethng that is 1900×766 and touch? The X 240 is about a 1Lb Lighter than the T440. 

What would you take of these two?
